Наиболее распространенным видом гинекологического УЗИ является трансабдоминальное (ТА) УЗИ, при котором датчик помещается на живот для создания изображения тканей и органов в области таза.

Трансвагинальное (ТВ) УЗИ Включает в себя введение тонкого датчика во влагалище для более тщательного осмотра яичников, матки, шейки матки, влагалища и фаллопиевых труб для выявления заболеваний или потенциальных причин таких симптомов, как боль в животе и чрезмерное или нерегулярное вагинальное кровотечение.

This type of ultrasound may be used to identify ovarian cysts associated with endometriosis, a serious gynecological issue that can cause heavy, painful periods and require medical treatment. TV ultrasound may also identify the presence of tumors, uterine fibroids, or polyps.
